These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8bet100 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 8bet100.club and all associated subdomains and mobile versions thereof.

The minimum deposit amount on 8bet100 is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) thresholds and verification requirements.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits made to your 8bet100 account are sourced from funds that legally belong to you. 8bet100 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment method not registered in your name may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
8bet100 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond 8bet100's control.
The minimum withdrawal amount from your 8bet100 account is ₱500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

8bet100 makes every effort to meet these timeframes but does not guarantee them. Peak periods, technical maintenance, and additional verification requirements may cause delays. If a withdrawal has not been received within 24 hours, contact support.
8bet100 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ₱50,000. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of payment method ownership. Requested documents must be submitted within 72 hours.
Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering standards. Where this is not technically possible, 8bet100 will work with the player to identify an appropriate alternative method.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8bet100 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual promotion. Players are advised to read individual promotion terms before opting in.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the relevant offer terms. Only real-money wagers on eligible games contribute toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements.
8bet100 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in promotional terms.
8bet100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already accepted by players in good faith prior to the change.
All bets placed on 8bet100 are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product, including slots, bingo, fishing games, live casino, and sports betting. These rules are accessible within each game or product section. In case of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game conduct; these general Terms shall prevail with respect to all other matters including accounts, payments, and conduct.
8bet100 uses independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all relevant game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed. Claims of technical errors that purportedly resulted in incorrect game outcomes must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the relevant session.
8bet100 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is reasonable evidence of a technical malfunction, software error, human error, or breach of these Terms by the player.

8bet100's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 8bet100 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8bet100 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability.
You may close your 8bet100 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Pending withdrawals of cleared, non-bonus funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
8bet100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player breach, any cleared, non-bonus balance will be returned to the player.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between you and 8bet100 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact 8bet100 support in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved informally.
8bet100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the 8bet100 platform prior to taking effect. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
